Job Description

You are an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant with 1 year of experience supporting accounting and finance operations. Your responsibilities include recording daily financial transactions, assisting with invoice processing, and handling day-to-day financial tasks. You will learn various functions of the finance department to contribute effectively. Your key responsibilities will involve recording financial transactions in accounting software, assisting in invoice generation and bill entry, supporting bank reconciliations and vendor statement matching, compiling GST data and entering TDS details, preparing financial summaries and basic reports, maintaining organized financial records filing, and aiding senior accountants during audits and month-end activities. To excel in this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field, 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting or bookkeeping, basic knowledge of accounting principles and Indian tax regulations (GST/TDS), proficiency in MS Excel for data entry, formulas, and formatting, good organizational and communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn and advance in the accounts/finance domain.,
