Position Overview:

We are looking for a sensible, detail-oriented, and responsible Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Tally and a good understanding of accounting processes related to multiple project management. You’ll work closely with our accounts and project teams to ensure smooth financial operations across various ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally and other relevant software.

Handle project-wise billing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.

Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.

Support senior accountants in preparing financial reports and project summaries.

Monitor vendor payments, petty cash, and expense claims.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking per project.

Maintain proper filing and digital record-keeping systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in a design, construction, or project-based company).

Proficiency in Tally ERP and comfort with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and statutory compliances.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
