Job Title: Accounts cum Bullion Executive

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Bullion Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Accounts cum Bullion Executive with 2–5 years of experience to handle both accounting responsibilities and daily bullion operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles along with a working knowledge of bullion/precious metals trading and handling.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries (purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries)
• Reconcile bank accounts, customer/vendor ledgers, and bullion accounts
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and returns
• Prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, and assist in audits
• Maintain proper records for bullion inventory and accounting integration

Bullion Operations Responsibilities:

• Execute and record bullion (gold/silver) transactions – both physical and electronic
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, banks, and logistics partners
• Assist in pricing, valuation, and stock reconciliation of bullion
• Handle documentation for bullion imports, vaulting, and dispatch
• Stay updated on bullion market rates (MCX, international benchmarks)
• Ensure compliance with BIS norms and other relevant regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting; bullion experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software
• Understanding of bullion market trends, pricing, and operations
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to bullion (GST, BIS, etc.)

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience working in a bullion trading company or jewellery firm
• Familiarity with ERP systems, e-way billing, and import/export documentation
• Certification in Accounting, Finance, or Commodity Markets
