Job Summary:

Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
  • Handle data entry for accounts-related transactions in Tally/ERP or accounting software.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Support in

    costing analysis, budgeting, and expense tracking

    (if experienced).
  • Maintain vendor and client payment records and follow-up for outstanding dues.
  • Support statutory compliance activities (GST, TDS etc.).
  • Assist in bank reconciliation, and expense reports.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounts team.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting / Finance

    or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum

    13 years of experience

    in accounting or finance-related work.
  • Proficiency in

    Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office.

  • Knowledge of

    costing and budgeting

    will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
