Accounts and Administration Assistant

As an Accounts and Admin Assistant at Ralsonics, you will be an integral part of our team at an organization that has been manufacturing industrial cleaning machinery since 1973. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients across sixteen different industrial sectors, contributing to the smooth functioning of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include handling all aspects of sales, purchase, cash, bank transactions, and reconciliations on a day-to-day basis. You will be expected to manage all accounts entries using Tally, Excel, and Word efficiently. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with the Chartered Accountant regarding GST, TDS, and other related matters, as well as collaborate with the Senior Accountant for necessary rectifications. In addition to your accounting duties, you will also provide support to the Admin Team as needed. Your role will involve maintaining coordination with various teams within the organization to ensure the seamless operation of administrative and financial processes. Located at Plot 5, K. T. Industrial Estate No.2, behind Waghmare Hospital, Chinchpada, Waliv, Vasai East, Vasai, Palghar-401208, Maharashtra, India, our office is easily accessible from Vasai Road train station. This is a full-time or part-time position with an expectation of working no less than 54 hours per week. Ideally, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in accounting, specifically using Tally.
