Job Description

As a Senior Financial Reporting Professional, your day will involve close collaboration with the finance, operations, and business teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will play a key role in the month-end close process, support audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You'll also contribute to process improvements and support the team in resolving complex accounting issues. Drive timely and accurate month-end close activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries. Perform detailed account reconciliations and ensure proper documentation to support financial balances. Support external auditors by coordinating deliverables, providing necessary documentation, and addressing audit queries promptly. Conduct balance sheet reviews and variance analysis to ensure data integrity and highlight unusual trends. Assist the GL Team Leader and the team in reviewing journal entries, schedules, and responding to operational queries. You bring 58 years of relevant experience in General Ledger accounting or financial reporting. Preferred Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA). Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards. Experience in handling audits and working with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with SAP is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be part of a dynamic finance team that supports our manufacturing operations.
