Job Title: Accounting Assistant (Male)
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant (Male) to support our finance department in Goregaon, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and support month-end and year-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry and ledger management
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Maintain financial records and documents
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in account reconciliations
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for billing and payment-related queries
• Support in preparing reports such as TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance
• Help with audits and provide necessary documentation
• Manage petty cash transactions and expense records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting software
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
