Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation Executive with 3–5 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance. The candidate will manage day-to-day accounts, GST, TDS, and Income-tax filings, and ensure timely completion of all financial and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

• Record daily accounting transactions in Tally / ERP system.
• Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and perform bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable / receivable, vendor invoices, and petty cash.
• Prepare trial balance, expense summaries, and assist in finalization of accounts.
• Support internal and statutory audit processes with data and reports.

Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
• Compute, pay, and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) within due dates.
• Assist in filing Income-tax returns for the company and directors.
• Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase register and resolve mismatches.
• Maintain tax-related records and documentation for audits and compliance checks.
• Handle routine departmental correspondence and respond to basic notices.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA (preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime / Zoho Books / other ERP tools.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income-tax provisions.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation formats).
• Accuracy, reliability, and strong follow-up ability.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set.
