Accounting and Compliance Reporting Assistant

Role Overview: As a member of the Assurance, Compliance, and Reporting (ACR) team at EY, you will have the opportunity to offer professional services to local and global clients of the firm. You will work collaboratively with other EY business units to provide clients with complete service solutions, ensuring compliance and adding value to their businesses. Key Responsibilities: - Posting transactions and maintaining accounting records. - Assisting in the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and other financial reports required by clients. - Ensuring the company's compliance by assisting the entity's Directors. - Handling daily administrative tasks and executing ad-hoc requests. - Managing general administration of bank accounts. - Preparing financial statements and liaising with auditors. Qualifications Required: - A Level standard of education. - Ideally in the process of obtaining an ACCA qualification or equivalent. - Good written, IT, and verbal communication skills. - Sound knowledge of IFRS and GAPSME reporting standards. - Willingness to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment. - Strong teamwork and leadership skills. - Keen attention to high quality, details, and accuracy.
