Role Overview: As a Practice Head at Wipro, your role is to enhance organizational capability within the practice you lead by providing strategic direction and enabling the design and execution of sustainable, targeted programs, policies, and processes that support talent development, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy strategies to support the overall practice charter for the organization - Improve talent capability through the creation and implementation of annual plans based on business strategy and emerging realities - Identify optimal team structures and roles to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Address practice-related challenges by collaborating with business leaders to design and implement specific programs, processes, or interventions - Customize programs based on unit requirements - Drive future capability building by developing new programs in consultation with stakeholders - Enhance existing programs by overseeing redesign and refresh initiatives - Implement frameworks for measuring program effectiveness - Provide direction and guidance to the team for program design and delivery - Manage all people processes for the team and support their development through performance reviews and learning interventions - Coach team members to enhance their expertise and skills - Align the team with annual plans and performance goals - Encourage self-development and capability building within the team Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: Human Resources - Experience: 3-5 years Additional Details: Wipro is on a mission to reinvent and build a modern organization focused on digital transformation.
