Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant with expertise in Tally and GST to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring GST compliance, and utilizing Tally software to streamline accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tally Operations:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, using Tally software.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting, including voucher entry, ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation.
2. GST Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including GST registration, tax rates, and invoice formatting.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-2, and GSTR-3.
3. Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
4. Financial Analysis:
- Perform financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
2. Experience: 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably with Tally and GST experience.
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally software (Release 9 or later).
- Strong knowledge of GST regulations, including GST laws, rules, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
