Job Description

As a Hotel Accountant / Accounts Associate at our distinguished hotel, your role will involve managing the financial operations with precision and ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards. You should have a background in a hotel or hospitality setting along with a solid understanding of financial metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, P&L statements, and Cash Flow statements. - Assist in developing the annual operating budget, periodic forecasts, and analyze variances. - Monitor and analyze daily hotel revenues and expenses, focusing on key performance indicators like ADR and RevPAR. - Support internal and external financial audits, enforcing adherence to internal controls and hotel policies. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, propose cost control measures, and enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is advantageous. - 0-2 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the hotel or hospitality industry.
