Candidates residing nearby or willing to relocate close to the workplace will be preferred.

About the Role:

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire accounting function including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost controls for effective financial management.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Implement and maintain accounting systems and internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Requirements:

Qualification:
CA / ICWA
(preferred). Candidates without CA/ICWA should have a
minimum of 15 years
of relevant experience.
Proven experience in handling accounts of a company with at least
100 Cr turnover
.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).
Up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, GST, TDS, and compliance norms.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Attributes:

High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a small finance team.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Noida Sector 63.
