Job Summary:

Accountant (57 years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  Accounts Receivables (AR)

  including invoicing, collections, and timely follow- ups with clients.
• Oversee

  Accounts Payables (AP)

  by processing vendor invoices, reconciling balances, and ensuring timely payments.
• Prepare and monitor

  P&L dashboards

  , providing insights into financial performance.
• Maintain and reconcile

  Statements of Accounts

  for customers and vendors.
• Ensure accurate and timely

  financial reporting

  to management.
• Handle

  general accounting functions

  including journal entries, ledger management, and monthly closings.
• Support annual audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.
• Maintain proper documentation of transactions to support audit trails.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/CA-Inter preferred).
• 57 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Financial Reporting, and Accounting functions.
• Proficiency in

  Job Diva, ADP & Quickbooks

  .
• Advanced knowledge of

  MS Excel

  (dashboards, reconciliation, financial analysis).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and client interaction.
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to accuracy.
