Job Description: As an Accountant at Flextron, you will play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our finance team to maintain financial records, prepare financial statements, and provide insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including GST, income tax, and other applicable laws. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions. Audits and Financial Analysis: Liaise with auditors, respond to audit queries, and perform financial analysis to identify areas for improvement. Financial Planning: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and strategy. Requirements: - Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. - Experience : 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a startup or similar environment. - Skills: - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books). - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
