Accountant - Manufacturing Industry

As an Accountant in the Manufacturing Industry, your role will involve handling a high volume of vendor bills and customer invoices, maintaining ledgers, vendor and customer accounts, and reconciliation statements. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and managing accounting for 10-12+ customers, supporting GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities, assisting in monthly closing, reporting, and documentation, as well as preparing basic MIS reports using Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: - Handling a high volume of vendor bills and customer invoices - Maintaining ledgers, vendor and customer accounts, and reconciliation statements - Tracking and managing accounting for 10-12+ customers - Supporting GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities - Assisting in monthly closing, reporting, and documentation - Preparing basic MIS reports using Microsoft Excel Qualification Required: - Experience working only in a manufacturing company - Exposure to companies with annual turnover above 80 Crores - Hands-on experience in Tally Prime - Strong experience in AP/AR handling with high transaction volume - Good Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred) You should hold a B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance and have exposure to SAP Business One (or willingness to learn internally). Candidates from service industry, real estate/builder firms, consulting firms, or CA offices are not eligible without manufacturing industry experience.
