Latrile Gloves Private Limited is seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in factory and manufacturing accounting. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end accounts, ensure statutory compliance, and support cost control and financial reporting for factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain complete books of accounts for factory operations
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations
Manage GST compliance including returns, input credit, reconciliation, and audits
Handle TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor factory expenses, production costs, inventory valuation, and wastage
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities
Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a
factory/manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of GST, statutory compliances, and factory accounting
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred) and MS Excel
Good understanding of inventory and cost accounting
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience in glove manufacturing or similar industries is an advantage

Experience in Zoho Books
Ability to work independently and coordinate with production teams
Good communication and organizational skills
