Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations and administrative tasks of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing compliance, handling vendor/customer accounts, and supervising general office administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Management

• Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally or other accounting software.
• Prepare and finalize Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.

Administrative Duties

• Oversee daily office operations and supplies.
• Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
• Liaison with vendors, utility service providers, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage travel bookings, reimbursements, and petty cash expenses.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
• Maintain confidential records and company data securely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,509.36 - ₹25,000.00 per month
