Perform day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities in line with SOP/Job Aid with accuracy (Invoice processing, Collections, Disputes, Cash Applications, Customer Queries, exception resolution, Customer statement reconciliation reporting and Client Handling).
Need make voice calls to end Customers, negotiate to collect dues
Need to have SOA in tact and share on demand
