Job Description

As an Accountant at Hostnetindia, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate billing for the services provided to clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Knowledge of Tally ERP and Tally Prime is a must. - Knowledge of Taxation, TDS, and GST is essential. - Generating precise invoices for services rendered to clients. - Ensuring timely and correct billing of subscription plans, domains, and other services. - Monitoring recurring billing cycles and initiating automated billing processes. - Assisting in preparing financial reports, such as revenue analysis and accounts receivable aging reports. - Addressing customer inquiries related to billing and accounts with professionalism and exceptional customer service. - Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies as needed. - Verifying and processing refunds or adjustments as required.
