Accountant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and time management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about numbers, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries with meticulous accuracy.
• Demonstrate expertise in TDS and GST, including return filing and reconciliation.
• Collaborate effectively with our Chartered Accountant for seamless tax filing.
• Utilize Tally ERP and Excel proficiency to maintain financial records.
• Coordinate with clients regarding billing inquiries and address any escalations related to payments.
• Handle all documentation and filing for inward/outward bill of entries, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, finance, taxation, and banking regulations.
• Prepare expense reports, maintain meticulous recordkeeping, and perform account reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and manage petty cash effectively.
• Process bill payments and perform occasional errands such as bank deposits.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.

What We Offer:
