Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.). 2. Maintain accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments. 3. Track accounts receivable and follow up for payments as needed. 4. Record and file bills, invoices, and purchase orders accurately. 5. Assist in monthly financial reporting and preparation of MIS reports. 6. Reconcile bank statements and vendor ledgers. 7. Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when required. 8. Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are audit-ready.
