Job Description

Stock & Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate

    stock records

    , update stock registers, and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
  • Monitor daily stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with purchase and warehouse teams for stock availability and replenishment.
  • Conduct periodic

    physical stock audits

    and prepare audit reports.

Accounts & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain

    invoices, GRN, delivery challans, and dispatch-related documents

  • Support daily accounting tasks such as data entry, ledger posting, and voucher preparation.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports like stock statements, purchase summaries, and dispatch summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting standards and documentation accuracy.

Dispatch Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics/transport teams for timely dispatch of orders.
  • Track dispatch status and maintain records of outgoing materials.
  • Ensure correct packing, labeling, and documentation before shipment.
  • Communicate with customers/sales team regarding dispatch schedules and delivery updates.
