Profile - Accountant

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Salary: 3 to 5 LPA

Working: 10am - 7pm ( 5 days )

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage company accounts, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Perform GST filing, tax compliance, and other statutory filings accurately and on time.
• Handle payroll calculation and employee expense processing.
• Follow-ups related to payment collection.
• Manage accounting for SaaS-based operations, ensuring correct revenue recognition and subscription tracking.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, MIS reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with all local tax and regulatory requirements Expense Management Ability.
• Good negotiating skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, tax filing and payroll management, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good Communication Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS firm accountancy is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation tools for finance operations.
