Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance including timely filing of returns.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/client accounts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Prepare and process payroll entries and reimbursements in coordination with HR.
Monitor cash flows, budgeting, and forecasting.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audits and financial reviews.
Assist in preparing MIS reports for management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Proven work experience of 4-5
years
in accounting or finance.
Hands-on experience in Zoho Books
is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC).
Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
