*🔹 Job Summary:* We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with prior experience in handling executive-level tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, communication, travel arrangements, and daily activities with efficiency and discretion. *🔸 Key Responsibilities:* * Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle appointments * Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism * Coordinate and arrange domestic/international travel, accommodations, and itineraries * Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed * Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications * Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders * Maintain filing systems (digital & physical) and manage documentation * Assist with personal tasks and errands, when required * Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion Take meeting notes and prepare minutes where needed
