Accountant Assistant

Summary of the Position:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in commerce or finance who are eager to begin their career in accounting. You will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations and support senior accountants with financial documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording and maintaining financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Advance Excel).
• Help prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
• Maintain petty cash and daily expense records
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Help with tax filing, GST entries, and TDS documentation
• Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records
• Work closely with the senior accountant and finance manager
• Freshers to 2 years experience

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
• Familiarity with accounting tools (Tally)
• Good communication and numerical skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA in Finance or equivalent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
