Keep accurate financial records for domestic and international trade.
Handle invoices, payments, reimbursements, and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax rules.
Process import/export payments and close transactions on time.
Manage accounts payable/receivable in Excel, ensuring timely collections and payments.
Prepare e-way bills, GST returns, and maintain transaction data in software/Excel.
Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L.
Provide documents for audits (GST, logistics, etc.).
Reconcile inventory with financial and logistics records.
Support import/export and logistics tasks as assigned.
