Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, petty cash management, and purchase entry.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in ledgers and journals.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in bank reconciliations to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support to the finance team by preparing reports on sales figures, customer balances, etc.
  • Perform other administrative tasks such as data entry, filing documents, and maintaining records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in accountancy or related field (book keeping).
  • Proficiency in using Tally software for record-keeping purposes.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to work accurately under pressure.
