Job Description

Job Title: Accountant/ AccountsExecutive

Responsibilities:

Record sales invoices in Tally and maintain sales register (MS-Excel).
Record expense invoices, employee salaries, and reimbursements in Tally.
Share payment advices with vendors/creditors.
Book expenses in Tally and maintain prepaid expense register (MS-Excel).
Maintain provision for expenses in Tally.
Manage files for sales, fixed assets, AMCs, reimbursements, and expenses.
Perform ledger reconciliations for debtors and creditors.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
Issue withholding tax certificates to vendors/creditors.
Assist with admin-related tasks.
Prepare monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B) and annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
Prepare challans for GST and withholding tax deposits and returns.
Maintain sale register.

Requirements:

Proficient in Tally and MS-Excel.
Strong understanding of GST, withholding tax, and accounting principles.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
