Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Accountancy & Economics Teacher to join our faculty and help shape the academic future of Higher Secondary students (HSC – 11th & 12th standard). The ideal candidate will have a strong subject command, a student-focused approach, and the ability to deliver concept-based, exam-oriented teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Accountancy and Economics aligned with the HSC Maharashtra State Board syllabus.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning materials tailored to students’ academic needs.
• Conduct regular class tests, mock exams, and provide individual performance feedback.
• Clarify doubts and conduct revision sessions and board exam preparation batches.
• Track student progress and maintain academic records.
• Guide students on paper presentation techniques and time management for board exams.
• Coordinate with parents during PTMs and academic reviews (if applicable).
• Assist in curriculum development, test paper setting, and syllabus planning.
• Stay updated with changes in the syllabus and board exam patterns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com, MBA, CA, CS, CMA or any other relevant Degree)
• B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at HSC level in coaching institute or junior college.
• In-depth knowledge of Maharashtra State Board curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring senior secondary students.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology is a plus.

Working Hours:

• 6pm-7.30pm
• Weekdays (Mon-Sat)

Salary:

• Competitive and based on experience. Range between ₹12,000-15,000 per month.
