Key Responsibilities: ✔ Keep Ma’am focused on her main goals every moment ✔ Manage emotional alignment, triggers & motivation ✔ Maintain Ma’am’s daily routine, sleep schedule & happiness plan ✔ Pre-plan shoots (outfits, props, makeup, team) ✔ Capture and post 8–10 viral-style reels daily ✔ Find and shoot references, trending songs. ✔ Attend, record and upload daily 8–9 PM class ✔ Maintain manifestations, happiness sheet & timetable ✔ Coordinate, manage and head her content, videographer, makeup, and tech teams ✔ Maintain relationship meeting calendar ✔ Manage all behind-the-scenes execution Skills Required: ✨ Extremely observant ✨ Emotionally stable & calm ✨ Fast executor ✨ Excellent content sense ✨ Trustworthy & reliable ✨ Strong coordination skills ✨ Comfortable with flexible timing ✨ Quick mobile editing skills (iPhone + Samsung Ultra)
