Account Receivable & Collection Executive

You will be joining Tricon, a renowned industry leader in the global commodity trade and distribution market, as an Account Receivable Reconciliation Specialist based in Mumbai. Your role will involve passing collection and TDS receivable entries in JD Edwards, preparing bank reconciliations, handling DNs/CNs, generating daily collection and outstanding accounts receivable reports, updating comments on overdue amounts, and reporting the same to higher management. Additionally, you will be responsible for interacting with various intra-departments for collections, supporting account reconciliations, engaging with customers regarding outstanding amounts, coordinating with insurance companies for claims, and assisting in MIS and financial audits. Your tasks will also include liaising with bankers for LC discounting/collections, reconciling receivables and TDS receivables, working on month-end activities and reconciliations, and collaborating with auditors on audit-related queries. To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, be self-motivated, possess knowledge of withholding taxes and collections, and have experience working in SAP/Oracle/JDE environments. The minimum qualifications required for this position are a graduation in Commerce (B. Com) along with 2-3 years of accounting experience. Prior experience in working with GetPaid will be considered a plus.
