Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our client's team in the digital marketing and media industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business requirements, coordinating with internal teams, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong communication and relationship-building skills who enjoy working with clients, managing projects, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and media solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, follow up on deliverables, and provide regular updates.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
• Address client queries, resolve concerns, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain records of client interactions, account updates, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to expand client accounts and generate repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, business development, or a related role.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in client management may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to understand client needs and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Good organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
• A client-focused mindset with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
• Interest in digital marketing, advertising, and media services is an advantage.
