Account Manager

1. Managing payroll processing function involving computation of salaries, attendance, leave, fixed & variable entitlements
2. Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF,ESIC, PT, Sales Tax); filing the TDS returns for timely completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance3. Banking work: Daily Bank Reconciliation, Bank LCs, Bank Guarantee, Check Bill Discount, LC Marginal Deposit, Bank Loans, PDC Reconciliation and monitoring, coordinated for all outward remittances and tracked interest payments to bank. Coordinating with bankers for daily banking work, LC related matters & other banking queries, Preparation of Banking reports4. Assisting in Statutory, Internal, Tax & Management Audit Bank Reconciliation5. Verify all vouchers and post adjustment entries in Tally ERP.6. Co-ordination with CA Bank, PF Consultant, GST Consultant7. Responsible for company payments and collections, and analyzing customer and supplier balances. Monitoring of supplier and customer aging balance, Discrepancy should be reconciled documents and statement as well before releasing any payments, often communication to supplier and customer for terms and payment schedule8. Prepare and analyze monthly Financial Statement as well as Operations Overview Analysis such as Sales Trend, Comparative Monthly Revenue and Balance Sheet, Cash Position (Cash Flow), and advances and deposits9. Prepare and handle export and import paperwork, including eBRCs, submission to banks, and managing related documentation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
