Location: Hinjawadi, Pune

Industry: Real Estate

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Experience: 8–15 Years

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with strong expertise in Real Estate , Accounting, Taxation & Compliance.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

1. Independent handling of finalisation of accounts, including notes to accounts.

2. Preparation of Tax Audit workings and coordination.

3. Filing of TDS returns and revised returns online.

4. Handling Income Tax assessments and appeals.

5. Strong knowledge of GST workings and returns, including:

* GSTR-1

* GSTR-3B

* GSTR-9

* GSTR-9C

6. Practical hands-on experience in SAP FICO – S/4HANA.
