Role & responsibilities

Reported directly to MD on accounting monthly closing and reporting general ledger reconciliations and cash management

• Budgeting and costing responsibilities for whole Projects and Business.

• Preparing Budget forecast and product costing, analysis of product wise costing and Profit and loss accounting.

Overall, in charge of entire Finance & Accounts activities,

• GST1 & GSTR3B filling. GSTR *2A Rco., GSTR Portal vas Books and Books vs GST Portal ITC Reconciliation, GSTR9 & GSTR9C Filling, GST Refund filling and Monitoring Vendor GST Filling Status and Input bills verification.

• Handing Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Transfer price Audit of Big four Auditors like Ernst & Young Auditors, Deloitte Auditors, Nirmal & Arpit , K.S.A & Co , etc.

• Handing & Preparation of ROC filing of forms,

• Monitoring of statutory return filing & payments TDS, E-TDS, PF & ESI etc.

• Preparing monthly MIS reports & presenting in monthly review meeting

• Preparing Costing Reports and Budget Report, Transfer pricing.

• Preparing Monthly Balance Sheet, P&L, CBD Report, Cash flow Control and Cash flow projection and Monitoring of Payment and Receipts.

• Preparing Advance Tax Working, Tax Audit , GST Audit and Co-ordinate with Auditors

• Preparation of Projected Cash Flow & Actual Cash Flow and Monitoring Cash balance

• Preparation MIS Reports and Balance Sheet Annual Budget.
