Job Description

As a Customer Support Consultant at our organization, you will report to the Group Manager and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to both our external and internal customers, as well as third parties. Your responsibilities will revolve around executing relevant tasks within the External Collections and Customer Support function. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that Service Level Agreement parameters are met, which involves handling incoming post, fax, emails, work lists, and export files. You will also be responsible for facilitating verbal and written communication with customers and authorized third parties, maintaining accurate records on the company's internal systems, and upholding a high level of quality in all tasks. Additionally, you will need to provide efficient and professional service to all stakeholders, offer support and guidance to other teams within the support operations, and utilize various systems to process documentation related to customers and authorized third parties. Adherence to these responsibilities is essential for the seamless operation of our Customer Support function. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International VOICE process. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates with a background in UK/US Collections or Non-Collections are preferred. Proficiency in basic PC skills, good negotiation skills, excellent communication (both written and verbal), strong organization and time management skills, and the ability to handle a demanding workload are also necessary attributes for success in this position.
