Role Description

This is an internship role for an Account Manager based on-site in Thrissur. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, managing project timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction. Other duties include handling client queries, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

• Experience in developing client relationships, account management, and project coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Team collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and web development
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Previous internship or work experience in account management is a plus
