Account Manager

We’re Hiring: Account Manager

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Experience: 8–10 Years

FirstHive is looking for an experienced Account Manager to build strong client relationships, drive account growth, and deliver measurable business outcomes through CRM, MarTech, and customer engagement solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Build and strengthen relationships with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Understand business goals and recommend campaigns, customer journeys, and personalization strategies.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, renewal, and account expansion opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Lead account planning, business reviews, and client communication.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Campaign Operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• 8–10 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Customer Success, CRM, MarTech, or CDP.
• Experience managing enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of CRM, CDP, marketing automation, and customer engagement.
• Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive account growth and manage multiple client priorities.
