Job Description

As a Finance Controller working alongside the Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the financials for the Profit and Loss (PL) of the Account. Your key tasks will include handling all activities related to the PL, forecasting, budgeting, financial close, and consolidation. It will be your responsibility to implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures. Operating as a Finance specialist, you will support small and medium-sized Accounts and Clients. You should be proactive and capable of taking independent actions within the scope of your role. Knowing when to seek guidance or escalate issues will be crucial. Additionally, you should be able to organize development opportunities for yourself and junior team members. Overall, your competencies in financial control, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and team development will be essential for success in this role.,
