We are seeking a seasoned professional with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 3+ years of experience in accounts payable.
The ideal candidate should have proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and AP automation tools (e.g., Power BI, UI Path etc.), strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance standards. Leadership and people management experience is a must along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department, Monitor company expenses and ensure that they are within budget
,Lead and mentor a team of accounts payable staff, Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments,
Maintain accurate and complete financial records, Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts, Provide leadership and guidance to accounts payable staff .
