Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Docsumo’s revenue growth. You’ll manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, working directly with our Founders and Director of Sales. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to enterprise SaaS sales across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and expanding accounts.
  • Drive outbound sales activities (calls, emails, campaigns) and manage inbound leads through the sales funnel.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, demos, and proposals to senior-level technology buyers in the US.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed sales activity metrics (calls, emails, opportunities, demos) and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM (HubSpot).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience, including 2+ years in a closing role.
  • Proven track record of carrying and achieving quota ($50K–$100K USD deals preferred).
  • Prior experience selling workflow automation, process automation, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Strong executive presence with experience selling to C-level and Director-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written).
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to work independently and hit deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a US time zone shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and CRM tools.

Pay: β‚Ή10,421.77 - β‚Ή300,000.00 per month
