Job Description

Position Overview

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Finalise accounts and prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.
Manage stock inventory and ensure accurate billing processes.
Prepare and file TDS returns and GST returns in a timely manner.
Utilise Tally ERP 9 for efficient accounting and reporting.
Collaborate with other accountants and account executives to streamline financial operations.
Assist in audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Provide support in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and other accounting software.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
