The Logistics Documentation Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all documentation related to the movement of goods, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and supporting smooth import/export operations. This role is critical in maintaining accurate records, facilitating customs clearance, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. Role & responsibilities Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export/import declarations. Coordinate with Shipping line , customs brokers, and transporters to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies. Track shipments and maintain updated records in logistics systems. Liaise with internal departments (sales, procurement, finance) to gather necessary documentation and approvals. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for all logistics-related documents. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in logistics documentation, preferably in an export/import environment. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Tally ERP). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
