Job description
We at St. Mary's High School based in Kalyan East, hiring for a " Account Executive".
Location :Gopal Chowk, Pune Link Road, Chakkinaka, 421306
Salary : Negotiable
Skill : Fluent English
· Management of petty cash transactions.
· Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
· Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
· Preparation of statutory accounts.
· Preparation of financial reports.
· Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
· Make bank deposits and keep up records.
· Check all financial transactions for accuracy.
· Process payments as well as documents like invoices.
· Maintaining spreadsheets/ Excel sheets.
· Handling and preparing cheques.
· Prepare and gain approval for POs.
· Verifies items billed against items ordered and received and reconciles differences through follow-up with the vendor.
