Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting functions including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client billing.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, project costs, and financial transactions.
Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial statements.
Monitor project-wise expenses and ensure proper allocation of costs.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors for financial matters.
Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Maintain documentation and records for contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar).
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance relevant to the construction industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
