Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be comfortable with multitasking and adept at budgeting resources to meet assigned quotas effectively. The location of this position is in Bangalore, specifically in the Jigani Bommasandra Industrial Area. You will be reporting to the AGM Finance & Accounts. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly MIS reports, ensuring timely completion of books of accounts, handling direct and indirect taxation including assessments, managing banking transactions, maintaining petty cash, and filing TDS & GST on time. You will also be responsible for coordinating with legal consultants on statutory issues, managing annual finalization of accounts with auditors, ensuring all monthly reconciliations are accurate, and handling day-to-day accounting and finance matters. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing the Fixed Assets Register. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree along with 5-6 years of business experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and you should have the ability to leverage financial data to make informed decisions.,
