Roles & Responsibility - Petty Cash Management Handling petty cash vouchers Recording and posting related accounting entries accurately Advance Voucher Handling Preparing and processing advance vouchers Ensuring proper accounting and settlement of advances GST Reconciliation Performing monthly reconciliation of GSTR-2B with purchase records Identifying and resolving mismatches, if any Salary Processing Preparing salary workings in coordination with HR Posting salary-related accounting entries in the system Sales and Purchase Accounting Recording all sales and purchase transactions timely and accurately Ensuring proper classification and documentation of entries TDS Compliance Recording TDS entries for applicable transactions Ensuring timely deduction and accuracy of TDS amounts Travel Booking Coordination Arranging travel bookings including train and flight tickets Coordinating with employees and travel agencies for timely arrangements Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
