Job Description

Account Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, experience in vendor account handling, and good knowledge of statutory compliance like TDS and GST.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage vendor accounts and ensure timely processing of invoices.
Perform ledger reconciliation and support month-end closing activities.
Ensure proper application of TDS rates and thresholds as per the nature of services.
Process vendor invoices with appropriate GST treatment.
Work with Tally software for day-to-day accounting entries.
Collaborate with internal teams for coordination and follow-up on financial matters.
Support the team during audits and financial reviews.
Stretch working hours during peak periods as required.

Candidate Requirements:

Should be graduate.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in Tally software.
Sound knowledge of TDS, GST, and vendor invoice processing.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Should be a team player, capable of working under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines.
